Speed traps slated for Chapala bypass

Now that the Chapala-Ajijic bypass (Libramiento) is in good condition, Mayor Javier Degollado is asking Jalisco’s Transportation Department (Secretaria de Movilidad or Semov) to implement regular speed traps to keep lead-footed motorists in check.
