Christmas feasts for sanitation workers

Chapala Mayor Alejandro Aguirre gave a shout-out to the Gringos Ajijic and Lakeside Facebook group in gratitude for the generous donation of Christmas dinner food packages distributed to employees of the municipality’s Aseo Pùblico sanitation department.

Ajijic not so calm, but all is bright

Nighttime activity on the Ajijic plaza has picked up pace this month, more so since it has been fully decorated for the holidays with multicolored piñatas, paper lanterns, giant shepherds’ staffs adorned with paper flowers and long streamers, all lit up in bright lights.
