The Jalisco government’s “3x1 Package” offers owners of state-licensed cars a one-time payment option of 900 pesos for annual vehicle registration (refrendo), license plate replacement (applicable to 70 percent of the state’s vehicle fleet), and the annual emissions inspection, known as Verificación Responsable (see refrendo.jalisco.gob.mx).
