With hairpin turns, double twists and enough red herrings to grace a Danish smorgasbord, Lakeside Little Theatre’s “I’ll Be Back Before Midnight” kept the audience barely in their seats and loving every minute of it.

Catarsis Piano Trio will perform a lively repertoire of tango tunes by famed Argentinian composer Aztor Piazzolla in a one-night appearance slated for Saturday, November 17, 6 p.m. at Chapala’s Centro Cultural Gonzalez Gallo (CCGG).

The 11th annual Feria Maestros del Arte, Lakeside’s quintessential gathering of artists and artisans from all over Mexico, opens its gates on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, November 16, 17 and 18.

The fall edition of the tri-annual Expo Chapala Artesenal (ECA) arts and craft fair takes place Friday, November 16 through Sunday, November 18 at the esplanade outside the Auditorio de la Ribera, La Floresta. The event is open free of charge, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

“I’ll Be Back Before Midnight,” the next offering in Lakeside Little Theatre’s 48th season, has been described as the most popular stage play in Canadian history.

The annual Lake Chapala Society (LCS) Arts and Crafts Fair and Children’s Art Contest is set for Saturday, November 3, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the LCS campus.
