Centro Cultural Ajijic (CCA) inaugurates “Arte Orgánico”, the first solo exhibition by Mario Ramírez, on Saturday, June 27, at 5:30 p.m.
The show features more than 20 new works in acrylic, watercolor, oil and mixed media, reinterpreting landscapes, traditions and everyday life through the artist’s memories of agave fields and Mexican popular art — the formative influences that shaped his visual world.
Who couldn’t use a few laughs? Neil Simon was a master of comedy and a beloved playwright whose work has delighted audiences for decades. Known for his sharp wit and relatable characters, he penned iconic plays blending humor with heartfelt moments.
Lakeside Little Theatre (LLT) will, for the first time, host a Spanish-language opera, “El Último Sueño de Frida y Diego,” Sunday, June 14 and Monday, June 15.
A posthumous tribute to artist Víctor Romero Llamas is featured among three new exhibits now showing at the Centro Cultural Ajijic.
